As a real estate investor and agent herself, Michelle understands that a home purchase or sale is one of the largest financial transactions that 98% of Americans will make in their lifetime. As a Kansas City transplant, she specializes in assisting out of state buyers and sellers with their home transactions and understands the responsibility associated with representing them through that process. Michelle has an investor savvy mentality, she personally invests in long-term rental properties that range from small multi-family homes to single family residences. She also has experience investing in short-term rentals, seeing upwards of 20+% cash on cash returns. Most recently, she is looking into investing and managing apartment syndications. Michelle understands first hand what to look for as an investor and enjoys helping her clients land even better deals than she has landed herself.
Michelle’s educational and professional background make her the real estate agent everyone wants on their side. She has a PhD in Health Science and has worked with many different populations that range from elite Olympic rowing athletes to inpatient psychiatric units. Her ability to communicate, relate, and listen put her a cut above her competition. The foundation of Michelle’s business principles are to provide competent, communicative, and transparent services. These principles have allowed her to earn and keep the trust of her clients and excel in a competitive housing market. She is licensed in both KS & MO.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, two incredible daughters and dog. She particularly enjoys spending time outside (when it isn’t cold), exercising, interior design, exploring Kansas City, and sipping on a tasty coffee or cocktail!
