Carlo was born and raised in South Florida. He joined the US Air Force at 18, and since then his career has taken him to Colorado Springs, CO, Columbus, MS, and San Antonio, TX before residing in Kansas City. Carlo’s passion for real estate started while helping his dad work on real estate flips and buy-and-hold investments. He wanted to be in a field where he could help others achieve their goals and is excited to have found Wardell & Holmes because of the family atmosphere it provides. Carlo considers himself a “people person” and will work tirelessly to help others find the right home or investment for their needs.

Carlo lives with his wife, Caitlyn, and their Corgi, Otis, in Lee’s Summit. In their free time, Carlo and Caitlyn enjoy going on long hiking trails with Otis, exploring to new places around Missouri/Kansas, traveling across the country, and spending evenings at local wineries.
