Corey was absolutely amazing. He went out of his way to ensure he made note of all my must haves and nice to haves with a house, including finding properties that had things I didn't even know to look for. I was moving to Kansas City, MO from out of state, so in addition to sending me local listings of properties he found that met me needs, he was also always willing to have a look at properties I sent him. Corey took it upon himself to go to open houses and appointments for many properties and videoed the entire walk through. He would speak as if I was standing right next to him, pointing out details, especially nice features (construction, appliances, etc.) or areas of concern. He also recommended a local mortgage broker that he's worked with a number of times - which knowing very few people upon moving was INCREDIBLY helpful.
