Crystal was born and raised in Magnolia, Texas, a quiet town just north of Houston. At 19, she began her career as a flight attendant with Continental Airlines, moving to Bayonne, New Jersey. During her time in the airline industry, she met her husband, Brian. After 6.5 years of service, Crystal left her role in 2011 to pursue a career in recruitment across various industries.

In 2015, Crystal and Brian celebrated major milestones—they were married in Costa Rica and relocated to Kansas City, where Brian was based as an airline pilot. The couple now has two children, Hattie and Brayton. In 2019, Crystal stepped away from corporate America to dedicate her time to raising her young children.

Outside of her busy life as a mom, Crystal enjoys hiking, skiing, mountain biking, traveling, and crafting. She is deeply passionate about her family, animals, volunteering, and health and fitness.

Real estate has been a goal of Crystal’s for over a decade, and the changes in airline travel during the COVID-19 pandemic provided the opportunity for her to make that dream a reality. With her husband’s travel schedule slowing significantly, Crystal seized the chance to embark on her real estate career—a path she is excited to pursue with dedication and enthusiasm.
