Born and raised in Kansas City, Jacci Breeze has spent more than 20 years building a life on both sides of the state line—from Overland Park and Lenexa to her current home in Brookside. Her deep local roots, paired with two decades of experience in the insurance industry, give her a uniquely informed and steady approach to guiding clients through the buying and selling process.

Jacci’s passion for real estate was shaped through some of the most challenging seasons of her life. After experiencing a series of profound personal losses, she discovered how deeply a home can support healing, stability, and a renewed sense of self. Creating spaces that felt safe and beautiful became her anchor, and ultimately, her calling.

Today, Jacci is committed to helping others—especially women navigating major life transitions—find or create a home that feels like a sanctuary. She believes that the right environment can change everything, and she brings that philosophy into both her real estate work and her growing focus on staging. Whether she’s helping a seller present their home with intention or helping a buyer settle into a space that reflects who they’re becoming, her goal is always the same: to help people build a beautiful life.

Outside of real estate, Jacci loves laughing with friends, exploring new destinations, wandering through Loose Park, and occasionally working on her golf game. No matter where someone is in their journey, she meets them with empathy, clarity, and a genuine desire to help them feel at home.
