Katrina McClelland
Broker MO, PA
For Katrina, real estate was something she grew up with and learned early on that it’s the ultimate people business. Inspired by her grandparents to pursue real estate, from a young age she was exposed to everything from home construction and renovation to property management. She spent countless hours in her grandfather’s workshop, accompanying him to job sites and eventually, when he passed, assisting her 84-year-old grandmother with managing their portfolio. Her grandparents’ focus was to always put the people first. She now brings that same service-forward approach to helping her clients buy and sell properties.
Katrina licensed in 2008 during the height of the housing crisis and has been immersed in the business ever since. She earned her brokers license in 2018 and expanded her portfolio by specializing in both residential and commercial real estate. Her expertise ranges from home-buying, staging to sell, investing, relocation, leasing and new construction. Her clients rely on her for honest advice, in-depth analysis of market data, expert negotiation skills and tireless persistence to get the job done.
In Katrina’s free time she is an aspiring foodie and ukulele player. She and her husband John enjoy traveling, visiting wineries, kayaking and spending time with their three rescue dogs Rosie, Clyde and Alice. Katrina is a volunteer and advocate for several Great Dane rescues across the country where her passion extends to helping place dogs in their “furever” homes.
