Parita Patel was born and raised in India and married Mihir Patel in 2010. In 2014, she moved to the United States, where she lived in Kansas for eight years before settling in Parkville in 2022.

Parita began her nursing career in 2014 and earned dual graduate degrees—a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration (MSN-MBA)—from Missouri Western State University in 2021. Her deep commitment to education and her passion for making a difference in people’s lives have enabled her to serve her community with both compassion and expertise. She has a deep appreciation for the many cultures and communities she’s had the opportunity to work with.

After becoming a mother, Parita transitioned into real estate to prioritize family life and support her family’s business, Trueparkings, an airport parking service in Kansas City. She brings strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to her real estate practice, always approaching her work with empathy and care. She believes that each person is unique in their needs and goes above and beyond to meet them. Parita is excited to serve her community by helping individuals and families buy or sell their homes.

Outside of work, Parita enjoys spending time with her family, walking through her neighborhood, and traveling—whether exploring local spots or international destinations.
