Penny Nichols comes to Wardell & Holmes with over 30 years of management experience and 17 years of Real Estate experience. Along with her adventures in the Real Estate industry, Penny has been a licensed Insurance Professional in Alabama, Missouri and Tennessee. Penny is also an Ordained Minister! Over the years of her career, Penny has lived in 11 different states. She is a Mom to 5 children, Grandma to 10 grandchildren and Great-Grandma to one grand baby. In her free time she enjoys traveling, listening to music, dancing and reading books!
